What to Expect: A Smooth & Simple Process.
Consultation
After scheduling an estimate, we come to you and gather your ideas and thoughts about your project. We discuss how you plan to use your space and materials you would like to use. Lastly, we will pull dimensions and take pictures. This usually takes around 15 minutes but ranges with project complexity.
Design
We use the consultation notes to build a 3D model and quote that we send by email. This is our starting point. You get to see the project for the first time and we can share thoughts about the design and materials. Changes can then made to fine tune the project to your vision until we have settled on a completed design.
Contract
Once you are ready to proceed we will have one more sit down to sign contracts, affidavits, schedule, and handle a deposit, where applicable. We then take care of permits, fees, materials, and everything else while we prepare to build.
Build
About a week prior to breaking ground we will place the permit and start to drop materials. Then we build. Length of construction varies with each project. After final inspection and approval from you, we will walk you through caring for your project and finalize our contract.
